and renting house of 1000 corpses

and frantically trying to pull together a costume
and humming and hawing over a carved pumpkin
and notifying my four-legged bitch
that she now has to dress up again this year
and rummaging through boxes for old decorations
and rearranging furniture
and downloading scary music
and even vacuuming at 4am

just to get ready for the party i wasn't going to have



unless of course no one shows up

and have another one-person party in my pants
