so i've joined a support group

i eat and indulge in sugary delights
to the point that my stomach
is stretching and screaming

but then it goes away

or walk lots

and then i go a few days
with no bad foods

then i indulge again

so i enlisted sj
to be my iron fist
to stop the madness

i lack self control and discipline
when a treat is within reach
i eat it
and it's little dog too




i don't think i will give them up
entirely
cause that would make this whole effort
entirely
impossible
i'll just crave it more

so a little here and a little there



i should just take up cigarettes
