i went to my aunt's funeral yesterday
actually it was a celebration of life ceremony
that is what they are called now
i suppose i should know that
i have been to enough of them
it was very nice

it was cold and windy today
it is fall now
oh boy is it ever
my run this morning was breezy
maybe because i was going fast
heh
and because i had about 2 layers
less than i should have

i've been working on three different resumes
this weekend
for three different people
a side gig of sorts
i do a pretty kickass resume if i can get away with sayin
its interesting how every person wakes up
and does such a different thing than the next
and it never ceases to amaze me
how talented people with such diverse skills
and genuinely valuable contributions to make
stay in jobs they hate

i guess the same can be said for relationships
which is perhaps why i am so good at doing
resumes

transferable skills

i bought crazy glue yesterday
to glue a bunch of shit
and a bunch splat out onto my left peter pointer finger
and it stuck on good
and shiny
awesome

if i eat one more raw halloween sugar cookie
i think i may get a tummy ache
